Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our long term pursuit and up-most concern. Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems.

If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you change your mind, you have 30 days in which you can return the item for a refund less postage and handling. Customers will be initially responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. If item is covered by warranty or found to be not as described Green Acres Mowers will reimburse the standard postage cost. Products returned must be in as new original condition and packaging. Kits must be returned with all parts included. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is the correct item before cutting, altering or final fitment. Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.

Green Acres Mowers are re-sellers of the products and are not responsible for any damages caused by these products, either directly or indirectly. Green Acres Mowers are only liable to the extent of the refund as stipulated and covered under conditions of sale.

THROTTLE CONTROL & CABLE NUT, BOLT BENDING TOO

The new throttle control works a treat. I had a kink in the old one that made my 18yo Honda almost impossible to start. With the new one it starts first or second pull. Couldn't be happier! I wish I knew the old cable was the problem years ago.

Throttle Cable for Victa

Cable arrived on time and fitted fine. My friend who helped me said it was even better than the one supplied by Victa. The bending tool was a big plus too and worth buying.
