Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.

I purchased three 16' chains, but upon opening one, I discovered my chainsaw required a 14" chain. I returned the products, one package having been opened. The refund process was prompt, and I appreciate your service.
