Your satisfaction is our long term pursuit and up-most concern. Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems.

If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you change your mind, you have 30 days in which you can return the item for a refund less postage and handling. Customers will be initially responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. If item is covered by warranty or found to be not as described Green Acres Mowers will reimburse the standard postage cost. Products returned must be in as new original condition and packaging. Kits must be returned with all parts included. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is the correct item before cutting, altering or final fitment. Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.

Products sold by Green Acres Mowers are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranty and guarantees. Green Acres Mowers are re-sellers of the products and are not responsible for any damages caused by these products, either directly or indirectly. By purchasing from greenacresmowers.com.au the buyer is waiving their right for any claims against the Company for any form of product liability caused by the product’s malfunction, defect or damage. Green Acres Mowers are only liable to the extent of the refund as stipulated and covered under conditions of sale.
