If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you change your mind, you have 30 days in which you can return the item for a refund less postage and handling. Customers will be initially responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. If item is covered by warranty or found to be not as described Green Acres Mowers will reimburse the standard postage cost. Products returned must be in as new original condition and packaging. Kits must be returned with all parts included. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is the correct item before cutting, altering or final fitment. Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.

Excellent Quality Tool I Used it on my STIHL Chainsaw Chain Bar I've never used one before after purchase one from GREEN ACRES MOWERS I was surprised how easy it to use the chain bar cleaner before I used it I thought the chain bar was clean it looks clean I ran the chain bar tool through the bar I was surprised how much muck was I the groove and clear the oil holes the chain bar tool is really worth the money and my chain glide very smoothly and oiled the chain groove like it was a new bar the chain bar tool is highly recommended product and GREEN ACRES MOWERS are Highly Recommend Excellent Products With Excellent Customer Support
