If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.
