Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.

Victa rear flap spring

The replacement spring arrived within days. While I was initially concerned because the spring was reverse-wound when compared with the site illustration, it fitted without difficulty when installed with end locations reversed relative to the original and works perfectly. Greenacres was the only site identifying the application as being for steel chassis and plastic flap, giving confidence that the correct part was being supplied. Five star rating applies
